Commercial Lender

Summary: Develop and maintain commercial loan relationships.

Responsibilities: Relationship management for key commercial, small business, and consumer customers. Analytical underwriting expertise, credit quality focus, negotiating loan terms. Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace bank's sales and cross-serving culture by knowledge of products and services offered to business customer. Community leadership involvement

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance or the equivalent of five or more years of experience in banking, commercial and real estate lending. Understanding of ļ¬nancials and loan portfolio administration. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.

Experience: This position demands maturity, flexibility, prior banking and commercial loan experience, and readiness to contribute at a high level.

Location: Albuquerque, Carlsbad, NM
